Working out of our Hamburg office, Madlin is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring amazing new Smaaties for our talented team. Madlin came to Smaato in 2016 after working at a recruiting agency in London for over two years. She was attracted to Smaato for its fast-paced environment and international team — and today, she gets to help Smaato grow this team by identifying and hiring qualified candidates that will advance the company’s mission to keep apps free.

Meet Skyler Sun, a supply-side Account Manager in Smaato’s Singapore office! Skyler works directly with mobile publishers to optimize their monetization strategies and help them hit (and exceed) their revenue goals. Six years ago, Skyler took a leap of faith and moved to Singapore to further her studies. In 2014, she graduated from the National University of Singapore with a master’s degree in chemistry and started working at a pharmaceutical company as a Regional Sales and Technical Specialist. In August 2018, Skyler began a new adventure and “made the best decision” to join Smaato as an Account Manager, moving from the pharmaceutical industry to the mobile tech industry.
