WapStart and Smaato, the leading mobile ad network aggregation & optimization platform, have entered into a strategic partnership agreement.
The main goal of the partnership is to integrate the largest Russian mobile ad network Plus1 WapStart with Smaato's platform benefiting existing and new clients of both networks by providing access to the combined inventory and advertisers.
