SPH will leverage Smaato’s programmatic technology to automate its direct sales relationships with premium brand advertisers through a custom Private Exchange. Smaato will use the funding to continue development of its mobile ad exchange and ad serving platform. The Smaato owned-and-operated RTB exchange has recently been extended to include the brand new Smaato Publisher Platform (SPP).
